Nutritional Content: Flaxseed cake is rich in essential nutrients such as protein, omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins (such as vitamin E, B1, B2, B6, and folic acid), minerals, and antioxidants. These nutrients support overall health, including muscle development, immune function, and coat quality.
DOSAGE:
- 300g/day for a <14 hand horse
- 500g/day for a >14 hand horse
Add to feed. If you have fussy horses you can moisten a little with a sprinkling of water if required, this may help with the change in flavour/texture with their normal feed. For very fussy horses you can soak the amount overnight to mix it in with their normal feed the following day. A 25kg bag will last approximately 50 days for a >14 hand horse and 80 days for a <14 hand horse. Can be fed up to a rate of 10-75g/100kg weight of the horse. Larger or smaller horses adjust accordingly or as advised by your vet or equine nutritionist.
